Achieving layered-medium-hairstyles can be fun if you know a little about layers. Layers are very flattering and can enhance the beauty of the face. They can make your hair flip and bounce, which in turn enhances the person's appearance who's wearing the style.
A layered hairstyle a lot of times can be considered one of the best haircuts for medium thick hair. A layered hairstyle can look great on most facial shapes, and in turn can render a great example of combining layers and medium length hair.
Layered hairstyles also are a style that looks good on any aged person. Layered hair provides amazing texture, and can give some definition. Side layers and a side swept bang give a great addition for facial framing on any face shape.
A medium length hairstyle with bangs on blonde hair, gives a real funky, fun, and sassy look.
As seen in the pictures above, layers provide a versatile way to style your hair, whether you want the sophisticated and chic, or the fun and sassy look.
Although it's been said that a layered hairstyle can be the best, it is definitely known that in order to keep the look fresh and cool you need to maintain your style. By having your hair trimmed at least every 6-8 weeks you will keep your style looking great. If you fail to maintain your look, then your layers will often look shaggy and limp. Don't forget to condition you hair also. This will prevent split ends from occurring which does not look appealing with layered hair.
When styling your hair you will want to use gel, or mousse. These will add distinction to your style, and also make it more flattering. (remember, stiff layers are very unattractive so try not to use too much of these products) Also by blow drying your hair this enhances the natural flip, and flow of your hair. After all is styled, I use a small amount of pomade on my fingertips and work it through the ends of the hair to separate the layers.
